AXIEO CONNECTS OUR GLOBAL PARTNERS TO LOCAL MARKETS.

Axieo was formed in 2014 with the strong belief that the market was calling for a more nimble company that not only delivered excellent products and traded competitively, but responded more quickly to the changing needs of customers.

In March 2020 DKSH successfully completed the acquisition of the Speciality Chemicals business of Axieo in Australia and New Zealand.  This sees Axieo join the DKSH Group, strengthening the market presence of the DKSH Performance Materials Business Unit in Asia Pacific, and adding Axieo to their global network of 46 innovation centres.  It also gives DKSH an entry into the agri-chemicals sector in Australia and New Zealand.

Axieo’s Masterbatch business did not form part of this transaction and was divested separately to become Asian Pacific Colorants.
