George Kladouhos
Chief Financial Officer

George has over 25 years of senior finance and general management experience in transport, manufacturing, industrial products and the construction sectors across Australia, Europe, SE Asia, China and USA.

He commenced his career with KPMG and has held the role of chief financial officer and finance director within divisions and subsidiaries of listed companies both in Australia and abroad. He was also the General Manager of the Construction and Industry Division of the Olex Cables Group in Australia from 2007 to 2010.

George holds a Bachelor of Economics degree (major in Accounting) from La Trobe University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. In 2007, he completed the Advanced Management Program with INSEAD.

Renee De Ravin
General Manager – Life Sciences

Renee has built an enviable reputation as a proven Sales & Marketing Manager, working in blue chip FMCG companies across retail, foodservice and the healthcare sector.  With extensive experience managing strategic relationships at all levels, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading cross functional project teams to deliver results, Renee is a valuable member of the Axieo team.

David Morgan
General Manager – Industrials

David is an experienced Senior Executive with over 25 years in the Chemical Industry. He has extensive Manufacturing, Operations and Commercial experience and has held a variety of senior roles with Jasol Australia, Global Pipe and Orica/ICI . David holds a BE Mechanical and has completed a Senior Executive Development program at INSEAD.

Chris Bolden
General Manager – Chocolate and Marketing

Chris has built his career across several industries including consulting, capital raising, acquisitions, wine and agriculture, and leading large teams. Prior to joining Axieo, Chris was CEO of Wine Genius, and Managing Director of Gooding International Winery Group (based in Shandong, China). Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Business Management, Chris is enjoying the move into the world of chocolate, a move that allows him to fully utilise his entrepreneurial skills.

In addition to leading Axieo’s Chocolate division, he also manages the organisation’s marketing, brand and website activities.

Martyn Jones
General Manager – SST

Martyn is an executive with almost 20 years experience in Chemical Distribution, Sales, Sales Management and Marketing. His most recent role is General Manager SST Group, and prior to that Business Director for Axieo and Nuplex Specialties.

Martyn holds a Bachelor of Business with Victoria University, and an MBA from Victoria University.

Dominic Happe
General Manager – New Zealand

Dominic leads the New Zealand commercial team and has over 15 years’ experience in Chemical and Ingredients Distribution markets. His previous roles include Business Director for Nuplex Composites NZ and Nuplex Specialties New Zealand. Dominic has a passion for building a solutions based approach to serving the manufacturing sectors and enjoys building and leading a team of professionals who share the same aspirations.

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Business with Massy University, and a Post Graduate Diploma from Auckland University

Ash Martin
General Manager – Business Development

Ash has over 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry, having held technical and commercial roles within both manufacturers and distributors, including multinational companies Huntsman and Brenntag.

Ash holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Melbourne and an MBA in Technology Management from La Trobe University.

Simone Guild
General Manager – Human Resources

Simone Guild is the General Manager Human Resources and is responsible for Axieo’s Human Resources function globally. She has previously held executive HR positions in a number of industry sectors including, travel & tourism, logistics, retail, financial services and government. She has specialisation in talent management, building capability, driving growth, transformation and change. In her current capacity, she brings together her dual passions; delighting our customers and creating the environment for people to be their best. Simone believes that customer experience must resonate from the inside-out and advocates for positive programs to build capability, performance and resilience to mobilise the business strategy. She has qualifications in Education and Training, Business, has completed the AICD Company Directors course, held board directorships, ran her own consulting business and was engaged as a Judge on the Telstra Business Woman of the Year awards for a number of years.
